Request Help
If you or someone you love has a diagnosis involving any neuromuscular or scoliosis ailment and you need assistance, please fill out our “Request Help” form.
Please be as descriptive as possible about you or your child’s symptoms, and what kind of resources you are looking for.
If it is determined that you may meet our criteria for help, someone from our team will contact you shortly to discuss your situation and plan the best course of action.
By filling out our “Request Help” form, we will also sign you up to receive our email newsletter, where you can learn about upcoming events and fundraisers for NS Kids throughout Florida.
DONATE
By donating to NS Kids, a pending 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, you are directly impacting the lives of children with neuromuscular or scoliosis ailments to get the treatments they deserve and need.
Many parents of children battling scoliosis and neuromuscular disorders do not have the resources for proper treatment, adaptive equipment, or the tools to help those impacted to live life to the fullest.
With help from donors like you, we can break down those barriers and vastly improve the quality of life for those who would otherwise not be able to do so.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
What is Cerebral Palsy?
Cerebral palsy is a group of disorders that affects a person’s ability to move and maintain balance and posture. It is caused by abnormal brain development or damage to the developing brain, most often before birth.
Cerebral palsy affects an increasing amount of children each year, limiting their abilities to walk and function and often resulting in life-threatening deformities. Successful treatment of this condition requires a team approach of dedicated physicians and surgeons of specialized training.
Here at Children’s Cerebral Palsy, such a group of physicians exists. It is our primary goal here at the Children’s Cerebral Palsy Center to maximize the functional abilities and care of these children with specialized needs.
"We aim to maximize functional abilities and care for children with special needs."
